We had a contractor walk off of a major remodel leaving us with 4 rooms of cabinet parts and a partial install that wasn't what we ordered. The cabinets came from J & K and when he ordered them he told us that they did not allow the public to participate in the design process but that everything had to go through the contractor (WRONG!) We called J & K in Dallas that would only work through our contractor so we called the main office in Austin.
